File format templates

Once you have created your design simply save your file in one of the following formats. We accept files as PDF, JPEG, TIFF, Adobe Illustrator (AI), Adobe Photoshop (PSD), Adobe InDesign (INDD).Images resolution
For best results images should be saved at 300dpi or better.Embedded images
All images must be embedded in your files. To embed an image in:Indesign
1. Open your file in InDesign and display the links palette (choose Windows > links).
2. Select the file in the links palette.
3. Choose embed file in the links palette menu. The file remains in the links palette marked with the embedded-link icon.
Illustrator
1. Open your file in Illustrator and display the links palette (choose Windows > links).
2. Select the file in the links palette.
3. Choose embed image in the links palette menu. The file remains in the links palette marked with the embedded-link icon.
Color mode
All images or artwork should be converted to CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black).Fonts
PDF - all fonts should be embedded in PDF files.Bleed
A bleed is an extension of your background color or image going beyond the intended trim size of your piece. This ensures that the color or image continues to the edge of your piece.Please build your press-ready digital files by adding 0 .125" all around dimension for all products.
